At Lot 23 Chandler Co., we believe fragrance, candle-making, and olfactory education are art forms. We invest substantial time, creativity, and expertise into developing our workshops, educational materials, proprietary systems, and customer experiences. This policy is intended to protect those investments while providing clarity to our guests, clients, students, collaborators, and website visitors.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All content, materials, designs, workshop formats, educational resources, course materials, worksheets, formula cards, guides, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, branding elements, product concepts, written content, website content, trade dress, and proprietary methodologies presented by Lot 23 Chandler Co. are owned exclusively by Lot 23 Chandler Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Workshop Participation & Proprietary Methods

Participation in any Lot 23 Chandler Co. workshop, private session, course, consultation, event, or educational experience is intended solely for personal enjoyment, enrichment, and creative exploration.

While guests retain ownership of the products they personally create during a workshop, participation does not grant permission to:

Copy or reproduce workshop materials.

Recreate, distribute, or commercialize our educational curriculum.

Formula Systems & Educational Materials

Lot 23 Chandler Co. utilizes proprietary educational tools, including but not limited to formula card systems, blending frameworks, refill systems, worksheets, instructional materials, scent development processes, and workshop methodologies.

These materials are provided solely for use during participation in a Lot 23 Chandler Co. experience and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold, distributed, published, taught, licensed, adapted, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent.

Photography, Recording & Content Use

Guests are welcome to take photographs and short personal-use videos during their experience unless otherwise instructed.

However, the recording, reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial use of instructional content, teaching demonstrations, training materials, workshops, courses, proprietary processes, or educational methods is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Website Content & AI Restrictions

No content from this website, including text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, workshop content, educational materials, formulas, guides, or proprietary methodologies may be copied, harvested, scraped, downloaded, reproduced, republished, transmitted, distributed, or used for artificial intelligence training, machine learning datasets, automated content generation, or similar purposes without the express written consent of Lot 23 Chandler Co.

Collaboration & Third-Party Use

Any proposed use of Lot 23 Chandler Co. intellectual property, educational content, branding, workshop concepts, photography, videos, written materials, or proprietary systems by third parties requires prior written approval from Lot 23 Chandler Co.

Enforcement

Lot 23 Chandler Co. reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law for any unauthorized use, infringement, misappropriation, copying, reproduction, distribution, teaching, or commercial exploitation of its intellectual property, proprietary methods, or educational materials.
