Not quite! After your session, your candle needs time to fully cure to ensure the best burn quality and fragrance experience.

Curing typically takes 24–48 hours. Once it’s ready, we’ll carefully package it and either ship it to you or schedule a pickup—whichever you prefer. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Lot 23 Chandler Co. proudly ships throughout the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, but we hope to expand in the near future.

📍 Domestic Shipping Only

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our Atlanta studio. We currently offer shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

🚚 Candle Shipping Details

Candles are shipped in boxes of two per person, securely packed to ensure safe delivery. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and based on your location.Shipping costs are based on current UPS rates. A Chandler will be happy to share the exact rate with you at the time of your visit or order.

Once your candles are fully cured and packaged, we aim to get them out within 24 hours. This way, they reach you within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method.

At Lot 23 Chandler Co., our candles are thoughtfully crafted using a premium blend of natural coconut-soy wax, paired with lead-free cotton wicks and fine fragrance oils infused with essential oils. This clean-burning combination ensures a smooth, even melt and a rich, lasting scent experience.

Each candle is designed to burn beautifully for approximately 40–60 hours, depending on the size and care.

We offer a curated scent library featuring 12 distinct fragrance families for our candle-making experience. Each scent is thoughtfully designed to blend beautifully, allowing guests to create something truly unique.

While we don’t provide the full list of scent notes in advance, this is intentional—it helps preserve the magic of the experience and allows our instructors to guide you through the journey of discovery during the class. We believe scent is personal and best experienced in the moment.

At this time, Lot 23 Chandler Co. does not offer custom fragrance development.

However, we do provide private label candles and small-batch parfum collaborations, perfect for thoughtful brand gifts or intimate occasions. Minimums apply — we’d love to hear about your vision.

Our Chandler Workshops are designed to be intimate and immersive, with space for up to 12, 16, or 24 guests per session. This allows us to offer a hands-on, personalized experience for everyone at the table.

To preserve that experience, each seat is reserved for a registered guest. That means there is a fee for all attendees—whether they’re crafting alongside you or simply coming to observe.

BYOB stands for Bring Your Own Beverage. At Lot 23 Chandler Co., you’re welcome to bring your favorite drink—alcoholic or non-alcoholic—to enjoy while you create your custom candle or parfum. It’s our way of helping you relax, unwind, and make your experience more personal.

Can I bring alcoholic drinks?
Yes, alcoholic beverages are permitted. We simply ask that you enjoy responsibly and keep things classy.

Are glass bottles, or glassware allowed?
Glassware is permitted, but we kindly ask guests to handle all glass items with care to ensure a safe and relaxed environment for everyone.

Do you provide cups or should I bring my own?
We’ve got you covered! Disposable beverage cups are provided for your convenience.

Can I bring food?
Yes, light bites are welcome—just make sure they are non-fragrant so they don’t interfere with the scent-focused experience. Think: crackers, cheese, or simple snacks.

Because of the nature of fragrance and hand-crafted goods, all sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right—just reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you.

Workshop Policies

1. ⁠Please register in advance to guarantee open and available seats.
2. ⁠If you are ages 8 and up (Interested in a youth Chandler class? email us (not an adult? / Must have parent reach out on your behalf.
3. ⁠You will pick up candles within a week or ship for a flat rate.
4. Workshop time frame - 1.5 hours - 2.5 hours.
5. ⁠Capacity - 1 - 30 Guests. Parties larger than 10 (please do reach out to us, so we can best accommodate your arrival).​​

Cancellation Policy – Full refund up to 48 hours after you have scheduled (i.e., you book with us on 1.2.24 - you'd have the clear to cancel by 1.3.24 and not at a later date). If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled workshop, you can reschedule your workshop via the confirmation email or contact us via email to do so.

Please read through our policies before registering for a class:

1. ​Age limitations
   Unless otherwise indicated, workshops at Lot 23 Chandler Co. are designed for youth/adults ages 8 and older. Because our candle workshops are BYOB and involve high temperatures, those aged 8 to 17 would need to be accompanied by a parent.
   
2. Punctuality
   We get it, things happen, and you run late from time to time. Although we won’t give you a tardy slip for being late to class, please be aware that classes start promptly at the designated time.

If you are going to be late*, please call the shop ahead of time and let us know; otherwise, we may begin the class without you, and we don’t want to do that! ​

*If you or any members of your group are going to be over 10-15 minutes late, we ask that you reschedule for a later date. Together with being fair to the customers who did arrive on time.

You can easily reschedule your class via your confirmation email prior to the class start time. Or sending us an email.​

Classes typically run for 1.5 - 2.5 hours.​
